Shipping & Returns
Please note that most items are made to order and you should allow anywhere from 2-6 weeks for your items to be ready for shipment. You can contact us to know current wait times or to find a wholesaler that can ship items instantly.
Australia-wide delivery is generally between 3 - 7 days pending location.You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
International shipping is not offered via this website but if you live overseas and would like to place an order, please contact us and we can try arrange something.
Bramasole is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered.
Local Pick up
If you're located between the Northern Rivers & The Gold Coast, and have opted to use LOCAL PICKUP please email or direct message us to organise a time for pick up. We will then give you the address for Pick Up.
You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
Faulty items will be assessed by us and appropriate action will be taken within the guidelines of Australian consumer law.
In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods with a description and photos of the item, the packaging and the carton or tube to show damage and/or the issue, so we can discuss with you. Please do not throw out the box carton or tube, this is how we would get the goods sent back to us should there be any damage incurred in transit to you.
Bramasole does not refund for change of mind and we do not hold any warranty policy. Please keep in mind when ordering that product colours may vary slightly from each screen and monitor and that each piece is handmade, making them all one-of-a-kind and unique.
